Hotel Policies

Groups Policy: We kindly request that should you be reserving more than 5 rooms, here at Porter Square Hotel, that you reach out directly to the front desk at info@theportersquarehotel.com with your group inquiry. They will be able to assist you with making the best out of your group's stay here in Cambridge.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to 3pm check-in time to avoid cancellation fees. This includes no show fees or early departures. If you need to cancel you must obtain a cancellation number to ensure that you are released from the responsibility of the room.

***Please note this does not apply for reservations booked through OTA's or Advanced Purchase Reservations***

Age Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid Passport or US Driver's License upon check-in.

Payment: All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. There will also be an incidental deposit assessed upon check-in. If you wish to pay for a room with someone's credit card, other than your own, then you must have that card holder complete a credit card authorization form that may be obtained by calling the hotel.

Parking Policy: Valet parking only for $28 per night. Oversized vehicles must be discussed with front desk prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed.

No Smoking Policy: For the health, safety, and comfort of our guests, our entire property is a 100% non-smoking establishment. Should smoking be detected in your room, you may be asked to check out at the discretion of the management and will be subject to a $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee. Smoking in our public areas (to include our outside seating area) will warrant you being asked to leave.
